The 1857 Columbian Printing Press was in constant use by the Panacea Society, printing the magazines and pamphlets that they distributed all over the world. Visitors to the Panacea Museum will now have the chance to see this beautiful, historic printing press in operation and make prints to their own design using wooden stamps or craft foam. The activity is free and there is no need to book. Volunteers will be on hand to answer questions about the press and how it was used. Visitors can also enjoy the free trails, quizzes, garden games, drawing and dressing-up available every open day during the holidays and at weekends.
