Please note the museum operates with seasonal changing hours and days. Current hours will always be listed on the Homepage and at the top of this page. Please check opening days / times prior to your visit.

On foot: Bedford, MK40 3NX, near to both The Higgins Bedford and the John Bunyan Museum.

By public transport: The museum is located in the town centre and is easily accessible from Bedford’s railway and bus stations. To plan a journey by train please click here. To plan a journey by bus please click here.

By car: There is no public on-site parking. However, pay and display parking is available in the surrounding streets. There is also a multi-storey car park is in Lurke Street only a few minutes’ walk from the museum. Please click here for further details of public parking in Bedford.
